Cancellation & REFUND POLICY

I do not accept any cancellations, refunds, or exchanges, including refunds on deposit payments for commissioned work. All sales are final. Damages to the weaves or misuse or lack of following care instructions will not be covered. Each weave is handmade and any irregularities or imperfections are traits of its unique aesthetic. Please make sure you carefully check all details, product descriptions, and photos, and read shop policies before payment.

If you do experience any problems with the piece, I would appreciate it if you contact me first immediately so we can best resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Shipping Information

All orders will be shipped within 2-7 business days after payment has been made. A notification will be shared with you once the order has been dispatched, along with tracking information. Delivery dates will vary depending on location. Every weave is packed with the utmost care and protection, however, we do not take responsibility for any potential damage to the weave/s and or loss of weave/s whilst in transit.

  • PROCESSING TIME

    The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. I aim to ship within 4-7 working days. I will contact you with the update in case of a delay caused by unforeseen circumstances.

Please contact me if you wish to send your order as a gift directly to the recipient. I will ensure a unique gift unwrapping experience.

Materials & Care

The materials that I use for each weave are always detailed in the item’s listing. I use a blend of synthetic and natural fibers and every single piece of driftwood is hand-selected from the beaches of the North Fork of Long Island, New York, and cleaned thoroughly.

The buyer understands the terms that come with handcrafted products. Please handle with care. Each weave is unique and designed to be a wall hanging and decorative textile only. Avoid moisture and rough objects/surfaces that may snag the fibers. Using a soft feather-duster, lightly brush off any dust build-up.
